It was a beautiful day .... BIWA ladies arrived with colourful summer holiday dresses and we were welcome by a giant glass of very special "welcome drink" from the Nutmegs Restaurant. It was really refreshing in the hot day ..!! The mini bazaar always busy as usual with ladies enjoying their shopping. The luncheon table set up very elegance, and the famous "Yellow Rice" complete with others delicious beef, chicken, fish etc. provided by the Super Star Chef - Philip Mimbimi ... and the dessert was melted in our tongue, especially the Cheese Cake.

The Indian Cooking Class was held at Yus Martini's beautiful house in Sanur. About 10 members attended the class.  I had decided to cook Chicken Curry, Dal with Lamb and Chapattis.  I and Yus had fun making the Indian cooling soft drink called Jal Jeera which is made of fresh Lime and tastes like lemonade. As soon as the members coming I started the cooking and every one gathered around me and they all were really interested in learning and watching how I am cooking the Chicken Curry and Dal.
